This book traces John Bennett Peal from his birth on 4/27/1834 in Martin County, N.C. to his marraige on 2/11/1858 in Columbus TX to
Mary Elizabeth Webb and their move to Hays County Tx in 1872. They had 15 children, 12 of which survived to adulthood, 11 of who had
progeny. The book has a chapter on each of the children and a family group sheet for each family, and a descendant chart for each of
the Peal family children. John Bennett Peal died on 10/28/1888. The foregoing was added by the author.
