Effect of reserpine on body temperature regulation of the rat

Description

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reserpine on heat production and heat loss of rats exposed to cold air. Experiments were also performed to determine whether activity of the thyroid gland was influenced by reserpine administration as is suggested by several workers.
